摘 要:在甘蔗联合收割机收割过程中,砍蔗刀盘转速与行走速度的匹配关系对砍蔗质量起到重要影响。为此,提出了两种电液比例速度控制方案,实现刀盘转速对甘蔗联合收割机行走速度的跟踪变化。首先通过田间单因素试验获得行走速度与刀盘转速的最优组合;其次通过AMESim对两种速度控制系统进行仿真对比;最后选择较优系统进行验证试验。仿真结果表明:电液比例旁路节流调速系统刀盘转速调整时间及回路效率分别为(1.24 s,82.60%),与电液比例进口节流调速系统(1.49 s,54.11%)相比,其调整时间更快、效率更高,更适用于甘蔗联合收割机刀盘转速对行走速度的跟踪控制。验证试验表明:刀盘转速最大误差为3.51%,甘蔗宿根切口平整,具有较好的控制效果和切割质量。In the harvesting process of sugarcane combine harvester,the matching relationship between the cutting speed and the walking speed plays an important role in the quality of sugarcane cutting.Therefore,two electro-hydraulic proportional velocity control methods are proposed to realize the tracking change of the walking speed.Firstly,the optimal combination of walking speed and cutting speed was obtained by field single factor test.Secondly,two speed control systems are simulated and compared by AMESim.Finally,the better system is selected for validation test.The simulation results show that the adjusting time and loop efficiency of the proportional valve bypass throttle speed control system are(1.24 s,82.60%),which compared with the proportional valve inlet throttle speed control system(1.49 s,54.11%),its adjustment time is faster and more efficient,and it is more suitable for the tracking control of the walking speed on sugarcane combine harvester.The verification test shows that the maximum error of rotary speed is 3.51%,and the cut of sugarcane root is smooth,which has better control effect and cutting quality.
