摘 要:基于CFD对某双涡轮液力变矩器的泵轮叶片做长短配置情况进行研究,并与原泵轮流场对比分析,计算结果表明典型工况下变矩比和效率均有提升,在转速比i在0.519~0.692之间效率增幅1.31%~2.72%,启动工况变矩比k由3.91提高到4.10。泵轮短叶片能改善流场,减小长叶片脱流范围,将泵轮最高效率提升至97%以上。长短叶片泵轮有利于系统性能提升,拓宽一级涡轮高效区范围并增加输出扭矩,转换点工况略有延后。将长短叶片泵轮用于双涡轮液力变矩器具有一定的理论研究意义和工程应用价值。Research on a dual-turbine hydrodynamic torque converter witch pump impeller blade with long and short configuration based on CFD,and compare the flow field with original,the result show that torque ratio and efficiency are improved in typical working conditions,the increment of efficiency is 1.31%~2.72%in rotate speed ratio i is 0.519~0.692,the torque ratio k increase to 4.10 from 3.91 at start-up working condition.The short blade of pump impeller optimize the flow filed,reduce the flow separation area with long blade,and the maximum value of pump efficiency is increased better than 97%.It is benefit to the system performance improvement with the use of long and short blade pump impeller,the high efficiency range is expanded and the output torque is increased of first stage turbine,the transformation condition point is delayed.There is theoretical significance and engineering application value of long and short blade pump impeller apply in dual-turbine hydrodynamic torque converter.
