摘  要:液压缸行程至终端时会产生惯性冲击,导致冲击振动和噪声,影响了使用寿命。针对此,基于Halbach永磁阵列设计一种液压缸复合缓冲装置。利用Ansoft Maxwell软件分别对厚度为5,6,10 mm的永磁体和永磁阵列进行磁力仿真,并确定最佳永磁模型。建立复合缓冲过程的数学模型,分析缓冲不同阶段的流量特性和活塞杆运动特性。运用Comsol软件对传统节流缓冲和复合缓冲过程进行仿真分析,并对节流缓冲和复合缓冲进行缓冲特性对比试验,结果表明:复合缓冲效果较传统节流缓冲效果更好。An inertial impact will occur when the hydraulic cylinder travels to the terminal,resulting in impact vibration and noise,affecting the service life.In view of this,in this paper,a composite hydraulic cylinder buffer device based on Halbach permanent magnet array is proposed.Ansoft Maxwell software is used to simulate the magnetic force of permanent magnets and permanent magnet arrays with thickness of 5 mm,6 mm and 10 mm respectively,and to determine the best permanent magnet model.Mathematical model of cushioning process is established to analyze the flow characteristics and piston rod motion characteristics at different stages of cushioning.Comsol software is used to simulate and analyze the traditional throttle buffer and composite buffer process,and the comparison test of the buffer characteristics between the throttle buffer and the composite buffer shows that the composite buffer effect is better than the traditional throttle buffer.
