摘 要:为探究发动机应急滑油系统工作特性,以某型发动机空气引射式应急滑油系统为对象,将数值模拟与实验研究方法相结合,分析了应急滑油系统工作过程。通过非稳态计算获得了不同时刻应急油箱及引射油管内滑油相分布以及滑油消耗量、空气流量和持续供油时间,并分析了引射结构进出口压差对应急滑油系统工作特性的影响。通过对比给定油箱储油量情况下系统供油时间计算值与实验结果,验证了所采用分析方法的可靠性,为同类型航空发动机应急润滑系统的整体研究设计提供了参考思路和解决方案,具有重要的工程应用价值。In order to explore the operating characteristics of the emergency engine lubrication oil system,we take a certain engine air-ejector emergency lubrication oil system as the object,and combine the numerical simulation and experimental research methods to analyze the working process of the emergency lubrication oil system.The distribution of lubricating oil phase in emergency fuel tank and ejector tubing at different times,as well as the consumption of lubricating oil,air flow rate and continuous oil supply time are obtained through unsteady calculation.The reliability of the analysis method is verified by comparing the calculated value of system oil supply time with the experimental results under the given tank oil storage capacity,which provides a reference and a solution for the overall research and design of emergency lubrication system of the same type of aeroengine,and has important engineering application value.
