摘 要:采用预应力碳纤维板加固桥梁的技术近年来快速发展,为了解其在张拉过程中的应力状态,确定预应力损失值,以某旧桥拆除的20m预应力混凝土空心板梁加固工程为依托,通过在跨中、四分点及支点附近碳纤维板上下表面布置电阻式应变片,测量其在张拉过程中的应力变化情况。结果表明:各碳纤维板张拉后应变在较短时间完成衰减并维持稳定,除个别异常测点外,其余测点预应力损失均在5%以内,A碳板、B碳板、C碳板平均应力损失分别为2.55%、2.75%、3.04%,预应力损失较小,张拉效果良好;且沿碳纤维板横向各测点应力分布较为均匀,采用波形锚加持锚固碳板时传力均匀可靠,锚固效果良好。The technology of strengthening bridges with prestressed carbon fiber boards has developed rapidly in recent years.In order to understand the stress state during the tensioning process and determine the value of prestress loss,this paper was based on a 20 m prestressed concrete hollow slab beam reinforcement project for the removal of an old bridge.The resistance strain gauges are installed on the upper and lower surfaces of the carbon fiber plates near the center of span,the quarter point and the supporting point to measure the stress change during the tensioning process.The results show that the strain of each carbon fiber board is attenuated and maintained stable after a short period of time.Except for some abnormal measurement points,the prestress loss of the other measurement points is within 5%.The average stress loss of A,B,and C carbon plate are 2.55%,2.75%and 3.04%respectively.The prestress loss is small and the tensile effect is good.Moreover,the stress distribution at each measuring point along the transverse direction of the carbon fiber board is relatively uniform.When the corrugated anchor is used to anchor the carbon plates,the force transmission is uniform and reliable,and the anchoring effect is good.
