清铃揿针疗法治疗带状疱疹急性期临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究清铃揿针疗法治疗带状疱疹急性期的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2017年6月至2019年1月期间收治的带状疱疹急性期患者共计100例,根据采用的治疗方法分为揿针组和常规组各50例,常规组给予常规药物治疗:即抗病毒药,营养神经药和止痛药,揿针组在常规组的基础上加用清铃揿针疗法,以7天为1疗程,治疗1至2个疗程,比较两组的临床疗效,症状缓解时间,以及治疗期间两组的不良反应发生情况。结果揿针组总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。揿针组止疱时间、结痂时间、疼痛开始缓解时间均明显短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均无严重不良反应发生。结论清铃揿针疗法治疗带状疱疹急性期安全有效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of Qingling pressing acupuncture on acute phase of herpes zoster.Methods A retrospective analysis of 100 patients with acute phase of herpes zoster treated in our hospital from June 2017 to January 2019.According to the treatment method,50 patients were divided into Qingling pressing acupuncture group and 50 patients in routine group.The routine group was treated with conventional drugs,i.e.antiviral,neurotrophic and analgesic drugs,and the Qingling pressing acupuncture group was treated with Qinglingpressingacupuncture on the basis of the conventional group.Take 7 days as a course of treatment and 1 to 2 courses of treatment,and compare the clinical efficacy,symptom relief time,and adverse reactions of the two groups during the treatment.Results The total effective rate of Qingling pressing acupuncture group was higher than that of routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blistering time,scab time,and pain relief time in the Qingling pressing acupuncture group were significantly shorter than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in both groups.Conclusion Qingling pressing acupuncture therapy for acute phase of herpes zoster is safe and effective,worthy of clinical application.
