摘　　要：目的建立灵芝调脂茶的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)鉴别灵芝;高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸的含量。结果灵芝的TLC鉴别特征性明显、专属性强;绿原酸在25.40~253.97μg/mL(r2=0.9991)线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.14%,RSD为1.6%。结论本研究方法简便易行,结果良好,能有效控制药品的质量,为制定灵芝调脂茶的质量标准提供依据。Objective To establish the quality standard for Linzhitiaozhi Tea.Methods Thin layer chromatography(TLC)was adopted in the qualitative identification of Ganoderma.High performance liquid chromatography was used for the content determination of chlorogenic acid.Results The spots of TLC were distinctive without negative interference.The response of chlorogenic acid was linear in the range of 25.40-253.97μg/mL(r2=0.9991),the average recoverie was 100.14%,RSD was 1.6%.Conclusion This reasonable and feasible method can be used for the quality control of Linzhitiaozhi Tea.
