角刺法联合经筋排刺法治疗难治性面瘫的经验

摘　　要：角刺法是王世广主任医师多年临床经验的总结,临床中采用角刺法联合经筋排刺法治疗难治性面瘫。将难治性面瘫患者的面部划分为不同的区域,运用角刺法(包括平角透刺法)、经筋排刺法等特色手法分区域联合施治。角刺法可扩大单个穴位的作用半径,疏通本经及多经气血;经筋排刺法可调畅气血,改善神经肌肉功能。本法安全性高,最终可达到改善面部板滞、恢复萎缩肌肉功能的临床效果。Angle method acupuncture is the summary of years of clinical experience of chief physician Wang Shiguang.In clinic,the treatment of intractable facial paralysis is done by angle method acupuncture combined with muscle regions row sting acupuncture.Clinically,the faces of patients with refractory facial paralysis are divided into different regions and several acupuncture manipulations are used to cure the symptoms.Angle acupuncture method expands the radius of single acupoint from point to surface,dredge meridians′qi and blood.Muscle regions row sting acupuncture can adjust qi and blood,improve neuromuscular function.These methods have high safety and can finally achieve the effect of improving facial muscle function,restoring atrophy muscle function.
