高质量发展下基于越商视角的产业体系与培育机制分析

摘　　要：民营企业是经济增长的主力军,党和政府充分肯定改革开放以来民营企业对国民经济发展做出的巨大贡献。浙江省是民营经济先发省份,更是民营经济发达地区,文章以浙江省绍兴市为研究对象,以经典理论和已有研究成果为理论支撑,基于绍兴市民营企业(越商)视角,分析民营企业面临的困境和发展机遇,以培育“四强”产业为目标,探讨高质量发展下绍兴市产业体系具体构成部分和培育机制。Private enterprises are the main force of economic development.The Party and government have fully recognized the great contribution of private enterprises to the national economic development since the policy of reform and opening up.Zhejiang province,a province that took lead in the development of private economy,is a developed region of private economy.Taking Shaoxing city in Zhejiang province as an example,and within the theoretical framework of classical theory and the existing research results,the paper analyzes the plight of the private enterprises and the development opportunity from the perspective of Yue business.It further explores the specific components of Shaoxing’s industrial system and its cultivation mechanism under high quality development targeted at nurturing“Top Four”industries.
