摘 要:为提高伊田煤业2号煤层的煤炭采出率,在该矿1101工作面采用沿空留巷技术,通过理论推导得出巷旁充填体支护阻力的计算公式,根据工作面开采及地质条件,确定高水充填巷旁充填体宽度为1.2m,结合1101工作面具体情况对留巷期间充填体支护和临时支护的各项参数进行设计,最后通过观测留巷表面位移进行沿空留巷技术应用效果的分析。结果表明,1101工作面运输顺槽在沿空留巷期间,顶板下沉量和底板鼓起量的最大值分别为113 mm和168 mm,两帮移近量的最大值为275 mm,保障了留巷围岩的稳定。In order to improve the coal recovery rate of No.2 coal seam,the roadway retention technology was adopted in the 1101 working face,and the calculation formula of the support resistance of the filling body beside the roadway was derived through theoretical deduction.The width of the filling body beside the high-water filling lane was 1.2 m.Based on the specific situation of the 1101 working face,the parameters of the filling body support and temporary support during the road retention were designed.Finally,the technology of retaining the road along the road was observed by observing the surface displacement of application effects.The results showed that during the transportation along the lane of the 1101 working face,the maximum values of the top plate sinking amount and the bottom plate bulging amount were 113 mm and 168 mm,respectively,and the maximum value of the two approaching amounts was 275 mm,which kept the stability of the surrounding rock.
