摘　　要：【目的】为了提高岗梅药材质量,规范岗梅种苗繁育、栽培与加工过程,制定岗梅规范化生产操作规程。【方法】按照《中药材生产质量管理规范》(GAP)的技术要求,深入岗梅主产区范围内进行岗梅资源和产地生态环境的专项调查,建立岗梅规范化生产示范基地,并在确保栽培成功的基础上总结和制定出本规程。【结果】按该规程生产的岗梅药材符合法定质量标准要求。【结论】本规程适用于广东省及广西壮族自治区境内岗梅药材规范化生产,具有可操作性及推广性,可为规范化栽培岗梅提供技术参考。Objective To standardize the process of Radix et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae seedlings breeding and cultivation and to plants processing,and to formulate the standard operating procedure(SOP)so as to enhance the quality of Radix et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae materials. Methods According to the requirements of the Good Agriculture Procedure(GAP)of Chinese medicinal materials,we carried out special research of the resources and ecological environment of Radix et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae in main producing area to establish a standard production demonstration base of Radix et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae. And then we summarized and formulated the standard operating procedure(SOP)under the condition of ensuring successful cultivation. Results The plant materials of Radix et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae cultivated according to the SOP was accord with legal quality standard requirement.Conclusion This SOP is applicable to standard manufacture of Radix et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae in Guangdong province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is of operability and generalization,and may provide the reference for the standard cultivation of Radix et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae.
