摘  要:火力发电厂风机运行经济性与其调节方式密切相关。基于某300 MW火力发电机组配套轴流鼓风机性能曲线,分别计算了其在原始动叶调节和拟改造为变速调节方式下运行的轴功率。利用总效益现值法、总费用现值法以及最小年费用法分析了上述两种调节方式下各自的经济性,并与其它条件下轴流风机技改的经济性进行了对比,得出采用变速调节轴功率最小,运行方式最经济,全国大部分地区同类型机组改造都适用。The economy of fan operation in thermal power plant is closely related to its regulation mode.Based on the performance curve of the axial flow blower of a 300 MW thermal power unit,the axial power of the blower is calculated under the condition of the original moving blade regulation and the variable speed regulation.Using the total benefit present value method,the total cost present value method and the minimum annual cost method to analyze the respective economics of the above two adjustment methods,and compared with the economical efficiency of the axial fan technical reformation under other conditions,it is concluded that the shaft power of variable speed adjustment is the minimum,the operation mode of variable speed adjustment is the most economical,and the transformation of the same type of units in most parts of the country is applicable.
