摘  要:目的筛选复方葛根素水飞蓟宾固体分散体的制剂处方。方法以体外速释性为考察指标,优选药物在固体分散体中的存在形式以及药物与辅料配比;以热分析法、红外色谱法、X单晶衍射法对药物在制剂处方中的物相进行鉴定。结果优选的制剂处方为:将水飞蓟宾与聚乙烯吡咯烷酮k30以1∶3比例制成固体分散体,再加入与水飞蓟宾等量的葛根素,与水飞蓟宾固体分散体混匀。结论该中间体制剂处方可用于进一步复方制剂。Objective To screen the preparation of compound puerarin silybin solid dispersions.Methods With in vitro rapid release as the evaluation index,the existing forms of medicine in solid dispersions and the ratio of medicine and excipients were optimized,and the phase of the medicine in the prescriptions of preparation was identified by thermal analysis,infrared chromatography and X-ray single crystal diffraction.Results The optimal prescription was as follows:silybin and PVPk30 were prepared into solid dispersions in a ratio of 1:3,and puerarin equal to silybin was added to mix with the silybin solid dispersions.Conclusion The preparation of the intermediate system can be used for the further compound preparations.
