摘　　要：过敏性鼻炎是临床常见的变态反应性疾病,近年来,环境毒邪已成为过敏性鼻炎发病率升高的主要原因之一。本文基于环境毒邪与空气污染的相关性,分析环境毒邪的病机特点,探讨环境毒邪与过敏性鼻炎发病的关系,为环境毒邪所致过敏性鼻炎的防治提供一定的理论依据。Allergic rhinitis is a common clinical allergic disease.In recent years,environmental toxin has become one of the main reasons for the increased incidence of allergic rhinitis.Based on the correlation between environmental toxin and air pollution,this article analyzed the pathogenesis characteristics of environmental toxin,discussed the relationship between environmental toxin and allergic rhinitis,and provided a certain theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis caused by environmental toxin.
