摘 要:通过静电吸附的方法制备了Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4/SiO2(MZFO/SiO2)复合粉体,并使用放电等离子烧结(SPS)方式将其烧结成MZFO/SiO2复合材料,表征了复合材料的形貌、结构、导电性和磁性,通过电磁参数分析了复合材料的电磁屏蔽性能.900℃和1 000℃烧结的MZFO/SiO2复合材料(厚度2.0 mm)在Ku波段的平均电磁波总屏蔽效能分别达到22.30 d B和22.40 d B.高的介电损耗使1 000℃烧结的MZFO/SiO2复合材料表现出了最好的屏蔽性能;而高的饱和磁化强度、矫顽力和电导率也使900℃烧结的MZFO/SiO2复合材料表现出了良好的屏蔽性能.复合材料的吸收屏蔽效能SEA大于反射屏蔽效能SER,且反射系数R只有0.6左右,因此MZFO/SiO2复合材料是以吸收屏蔽为主的具有相当潜力的电磁屏蔽材料.In this study,Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4/SiO2(MZFO/SiO2) powder was prepared by electrostatic attraction and then sintered by Spark plasma sintering method(SPS) to obtain the MZFO/SiO2 composites.The morphology,structure,electrical conductivity and magnetic properties of the composites were characterized.The electromagnetic shielding performance of the composites were analyzed through the electromagnetic parameters.The average total shielding efficiency of the composted(2.0 mm thickness) sintered at 900 ℃ and 1 000 ℃ were 22.30 d B and 22.40 dB in Ku band.The composite sintered at 1 000 ℃ showed the best electromagnetic shielding performance for the highest dielectric loss.The composite sintered at 900 ℃ also showed good electromagnetic shielding performance for its high saturation magnetization,coercivity and electrical conductivity.The shielding effect of the composites sintered at 900 ℃ and 1 000 ℃ mainly came from absorption since the values of SEAwere larger than SER.The reflection coefficients R were also as low as about 0.6.The high SEAand R indicate that the composite is a kind of potential absorbing electromagnetic shielding material which can effectively reduce electromagnetic interference with the surroundings.
