摘  要:采用正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)和去离子水作为原料,氨水作为碱性催化剂,以转化率和粒径作为评价指标,通过正交试验法确定了制备纳米SiO2粒子的最佳条件:TEOS 41.6 g(0.2 mol),去离子水10.8 g,氨水5.6 g,乙醇92 g,反应温度40°C。在此基础上,以不同物质的量比的TEOS与TMOS(正硅酸四甲酯)作为复合硅源替代单一的TEOS来制备纳米SiO2,并用KH-550硅烷偶联剂进行原位改性。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱和扫描电镜对改性纳米SiO2的结构和形貌进行了表征。将改性后的纳米SiO2与水性环氧树脂配制成环氧/纳米SiO2复合涂料。研究了TEOS与TMOS的物质的量比对复合涂层机械性能和防腐性能的影响。结果表明,当TEOS与TMOS的物质的量比为1∶1时,所制备的环氧/纳米SiO2复合涂层综合性能最佳:铅笔硬度3H,附着力0级,耐冲击性(1 kg)50 cm,耐盐雾时间480 h,在3.5%NaCl溶液中浸泡600 h不失效。Nano-SiO2 particles were prepared with tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS),deionized water,and ammonia water(as an alkaline catalyst).The optimal preparation conditions were determined by orthogonal test with conversion rate and particle size as the evaluation indicators:TEOS 41.6 g(0.2 mol),deionized water 10.8 g,ammonia water 5.6 g,ethanol 92 g,and reaction temperature 40°C.The mixtures of different molar ratios of TEOS and TMOS(tetramethyl orthosilicate)were used to replace the single TEOS for preparing nano-SiO2 particles thereunder,which were in-situ modified by KH-550 coupling agent.The structure and morphology of the modified nano-SiO2 particles were characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.An epoxy/nano SiO2 composite coating was prepared with the modified nano-SiO2 particles and a waterborne epoxy resin.The effect of the molar ratio of TEOS to TMOS on mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the epoxy/nano-SiO2 composite coating was studied.The results showed that the epoxy/nano-SiO2 composite coating prepared at a TEOS-to-TMOS molar ratio of 1:1 had the best comprehensive performance:pencil hardness 3H,0-grade adhesion,failure height of 50 cm for 1-kg impact,and endurable in salt spray test for 480 h and in 3.5%NaCl solution for 600 h.
