摘 要:为了提高SiO2气凝胶在反射隔热涂料中的分散性,减少其用量从而降低涂料的成本,促进其在未来的推广与应用,以Zeta电位和透光率为评价指标,研究了几种助剂的用量、分散方法与时间和pH对SiO2气凝胶分散效果的影响。在分散剂用量为1.50%,SiO2气凝胶用量为1.00%,润湿剂用量为0.75%,稳定剂用量为1.50%,pH为7.5,10000 r/min分散10 min的条件下可以制得均匀的SiO2气凝胶浆料。含1.00%SiO2气凝胶的反射隔热涂层的导热系数低至0.065 W/(m·K),太阳光反射率达91.0%,隔热温差为15.8℃,表现出良好的保温隔热效果。To improve the dispersion of SiO2 aerogel in reflective thermal insulation paint, reduce the dosage of SiO2 aerogel and the cost of paint, and promote the application and marketing of the paint in the future, the effects of the amounts of some auxiliary agents, dispersing methods and time, and pH on the dispersity of SiO2 aerogel were studied by evaluating the Zeta potential and light transmittance. A uniform SiO2 aerogel slurry could be made under the following conditions: dispersant 1.50%, SiO2 aerogel 1.00%, wetting agent 0.75%, stabilizer 1.50%, pH 7.5, agitation rate 1 000 r/min, and dispersing time 10 min. The reflective thermal insulation coating containing 1.00% of SiO2 aerogel had a thermal conductivity as low as 0.065 W/(m·K), a solar reflectance of 91.0%, and a temperature difference of 15.8 °C in thermal insulation test, showing a good thermal insulation effect.
