摘 要:国际工程中,波浪对海港高桩码头结构浮托力的计算至关重要,但各国规范中对波浪浮托力的计算方法不尽相同。国际上普遍较认可欧美等国际标准,或者采用当地标准,为了在国际工程中更好地推广中国规范,往往需要采用多种规范对比分析。根据中国行业规范及手册,结合具体工程实例,对比英国、美国、日本、ISO、国际航运协会标准等常用的国外规范。此外,结合工程常用的几种不同波浪特征周期条件,分析了中等水深和较深水深下,波浪总浮托力与结构底部高出静水面高度与设计波高比值之间的关系;根据不同计算方法,分析不同水深不同周期下波浪浮托力的差异和特点,提出了海外工程的使用建议。The calculation of the wave uplift force is very important for the design of the high-pile wharf structure,but the calculation methods are different based on different codes. International standards such as European and American standards are generally recognized internationally,or local standards are adopted. In order for better promoting the Chinese codes in international projects,comparative analysis of several codes is usually required. According to the Chinese industry code and manuals,combined with specific engineering examples,this paper compares the British standards,US standards,Japanese standards,ISO standards,PIANC standards and other commonly used foreign specifications. Furthermore,combined with several different wave period conditions commonly used in engineering,we analysed the relationship between the total wave uplift force and the ratio of the height of the bottom of the structure above the static water surface to the design wave height;for the condition of medium water depth and deep water depth,we analysed the differences and characteristics of wave uplift force in different periods of different water depths base on different calculation method, and gives suggestions for the application of overseas.
