摘　　要：《中医治未病 帕金森抑郁和/或焦虑专家共识》(以下简称《共识》)由国家中医药管理局立项,中华中医药学会组织,并在中医治未病标准制修订专家总指导组和情志调理专家指导组的指导、监督下实施。本《共识》内容主要基于循证医学原则,采用中医文献依据分级标准,结合专家问卷调查、专家论证、同行征求意见、临床评价等,按照临床诊疗指南编写规则编写。本《共识》提出了帕金森抑郁和/或焦虑的术语和定义、临床特征、判断依据及适用期、辨体质偏颇类型、中医药干预和推荐方案等,供中医临床诊疗及中医治未病参考使用。Expert Consensus for TCM Preventive Treatment of Diseases:Parkinson Depression and/or Anxiety(hereinafter referred to as“the consensus”)was approved by the National Administration of TCM and organized by the China Association of Chinese Medicine.It was implemented under the direction and supervision of the expert group of TCM standard of preventive treatment of disease revision,as well as the emotional adjustment expert guidance group.The content of the consensus is mainly based on the principle of evidence-based medicine,using the classification criteria of TCM literature,combining the expert questionnaire survey,the expert argumentation,peer opinions,clinical evaluation and so on,compiling rules in accordance with clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines.In the consensus,the terms and definitions of Parkinson depression and/or anxiety,clinical features,diagnostic basis and application period,differentiating the types of constitution bias,intervention and recommendation scheme of TCM were put forward for clinical diagnosis and treatment and preventive treatment of diseases of TCM.
