PDCA管理在提升中西药联用处方配伍合理性中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA管理在提高中西药联用处方配伍合理性中的作用。方法采取等间距抽取处方的方法,选取2018年1-6月本院中西药联用处方(13496张)为对照组(管理前),2018年7-12月本院中西药联用处方(13865张)为观察组(管理后)。成立PDCA管理小组进行干预。比较分析开展PDCA管理前后中西药联用处方配伍不合理情况和医务人员对联合用药知识考核得分情况。结果开展PDCA管理后,中西药联用处方配伍不合格率由7.31%降至2.04%(P<0.01);医务人员对联合用药知识考核得分由(3.60±1.64)分升至(6.45±1.40)分(P<0.01)。结论PDCA管理可有效提高中西药联用处方配伍合理性,促进医院合理用药,保证医疗安全。Objective To explore the functions of PDCA management in improving compatibility rationality of combined prescriptions of TCM and Western medicine.Methods Taking the method of extracting prescriptions at equal intervals,combined prescriptions of TCM and Western medicine(13496)in this hospital from January to June 2018 were selected as the control group(before management);combined prescriptions of TCM and Western medicine(13865)in this hospital from July to December 2018 were selected as observation group(after management).PDCA management activity team was established to intervene.The unreasonable compatibility of combined prescriptions of TCM and Western medicine before and after the implementation of PDCA management activities,and the scores of medical staff on the assessment of joint medication knowledge were compared and analyzed.Results After PDCA activities,the percentage of unreasonable prescriptions decreased from 7.31%to 2.04%(P<0.01);the scores of medical personnel on knowledge of combined medication increased from 3.60±1.64 to 6.45±1.40(P<0.01).Conclusion PDCA management can effectively improve the compatibility rationality of combined prescriptions of TCM and Western medicine,promote rational medication in hospitals,and ensure medical safety as well.
