摘　　要：[目的]总结张晓甦教授从中医角度对微炎症的认识及治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床经验与学术思想。[方法]师从张晓甦教授,收集整理多囊卵巢综合征病例,浅析本病病因病机及与微炎症的关系,总结张晓甦教授临床思路、治疗特色,并佐以验案一则以证之。[结果]多囊卵巢综合征是常见的妇科内分泌疾患,经证实该病的发生发展与微炎症密切相关。张晓甦教授认为肾虚是该病发生的根本,也是微炎症存在的基础,痰湿瘀滞即是致病因素,也是病理产物,与微炎症互为病理基础,两者相互作用,产生恶性循环,加重本病。治疗上,强调先祛痰瘀之邪,方可固本调周,采用补通相合之法,寓补于通,分期论治,结合生活调摄,病而防复,使患者体内痰瘀得消、肾虚得实、炎症因子水平下调,则月候得现,月经如期或孕而有子。所举验案中患者诊断为不孕症,辨证为痰湿瘀滞,治以先燥湿化痰、活血祛瘀,后固本调周、分期论治,平素结合生活调摄,收效甚好。[结论]张晓甦教授运用中医中药治疗多囊卵巢综合征,改善其月经情况及内分泌水平的同时,改善其微炎症状态,临床效果颇佳。[Objective]To summarize Professor ZHANG Xiaosu’s understanding of low-grade inflammation from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine and the clinical experience and academic thinking of treating polycystic ovary syndrome.[Methods]I learned from Professor ZHANG Xiaosu,collected and sorted out the cases of PCOS,analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease and its relationship with low-grade inflammation,summarized the clinical ideas and therapeutic characteristics of ZHANG Xiaosu.[Results]PCOS is a common gynecological endocrine disease.In recent years,it has been confirmed that the occurrence and development of PCOS is closely related to low-grade inflammation.Professor ZHANG Xiaosu recognizes that kidney deficiency is the foundation of the disease and the basis of micro-inflammation.Phlegm-dampness and stagnation are the pathogenic factors and pathological products.They are the pathological basis of micro-inflammation.The two interact and produce a vicious circle,which aggravateds the disease.In terms of treatment,the emphasis is on the evils of the first sputum of the stagnation,using the method of complementing the accompaniment,complementing while streching,grading the treatment,combining life adjustments,disease prevention,so that the patients can disappear sputum stasis,If the kidney deficiency is cured and the level of inflammatory factors is lowered.As a result,the woman’s menstruation becomes normal,she is pregnant and has babies.The patient in the case was diagnosed as infertility,and syndrome differentiation was phlegm dampness and stasis.The treatment is to dry the dampness and phlegm first,and then to increase kidney Qi and adjust menstrual cycle.Normally combined with life adjustment photography,the results are very good.[Conclusion]Professor ZHANG Xiaosu using traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PCOS,not only can improve its menstruation and endocrine level,but also improve its micro-inflammation state,the clinical effect is quite good.
