花参合剂治疗血热证激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察花参合剂联合生理盐水湿敷治疗血热证激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。[方法]收集2018年7月至2019年7月上海曙光医院皮肤科门诊确诊的血热证激素依赖性皮炎患者64例,随机分为两组,每组各32例,治疗组给予花参合剂联合生理盐水湿敷,对照组给予咪唑斯汀缓释片联合生理盐水湿敷,观察两组患者总有效率与症状积分,并进行统计学分析。[结果]治疗4周后,治疗组患者总有效率为87.5%,对照组患者总有效率为81.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者症状积分均比治疗前低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,治疗组症状积分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束2周后,治疗组症状积分略有升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组症状积分有所升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组症状积分比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]花参合剂联合生理盐水湿敷治疗血热证激素依赖性皮炎疗效肯定,并可降低复发,安全可靠。[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of Huashen mixture combined with normal saline hydropathic compress in the treatment of blood heat type hormone dependence dermatitis.[Methods]Collect 64 patients who were definitely diagnosed of blood heat type hormone dependence dermatitis in the dermatology department of Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July,2018 to July,2019.Randomly divided them into two groups,with 32 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Huashan mixture combined with normal saline hydropathic compress,whilethe control group was treated with Mizolastine Sustained-release Tablets combined with normal saline hydropathic compress.To observe the total effective rate and the symptom scores of both groups of patients.[Results]After been treated for 4 weeks,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%,which was 81.3%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were both decreased than before.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the symptom scores of the treatment group were lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two weeks after the end of the experiment,the symptom scores of the treatment group hasd a slight increase,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).However,the symptom scores of the control group were increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The increased symptom scores of the treatment group were lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Huashen mixture combined with normal saline hydropathic compress has a certain effect on blood heat type hormone dependence dermatitis,and has lower recurrence rate.The therapy is safe and reliable.
