摘  要:结合光栅结构的制造精度,提出了一种光栅信号自适应细分方法,并进一步给出误差修正模型。利用IBV660B细分盒实现400倍细分脉冲,由ARM芯片定时器捕获单元对光栅输出信号进行脉冲宽度测试所得的结果来验证本文方法。指数平滑法可以控制光栅栅距触发采样时间误差为±0.10ms,细分误差是±0.79″。与灰色预测算法相比,遇到"临界"区时,指数平滑法可以更加平稳地预测误差,这就使指数平滑法在"临界"状态下时可以获得更低的预测误差。Combined with the manufacturing precision of grating structure, an adaptive segmentation method of grating signal is proposed, and an error correction model is given. The IBV660 B subdivision box is used to realize 400 times of subdivision pulse. The results obtained from pulse width test of grating output signal by ARM chip timer capture unit are used to verify the method in this paper. The exponential smoothing method can control the sampling time error of grating spacing trigger at plus or minus 0.10 ms and the subdivision error at plus or minus 0.79 ". Compared with the grey prediction algorithm, the exponential smoothing method can predict the error more smoothly when it comes to the "critical" region,which enables the exponential smoothing method to obtain a lower prediction error when it comes to the "critical" state.
