摘  要:在钣金件冲裁过程中,冲裁曲线的高速记录对于全面了解材料动态受力状况,研发新材料和冲裁工艺的优化具有重要意义。开发了基于多功能数据采集卡的钣金冲裁过程自动监测系统。该系统利用压力传感器监测液压机油缸压力,利用光栅位移传感器监测冲头运动行程,可实时显示"时间-行程-冲裁力"曲线和"行程-压力"曲线,行程结束后自动计算最大冲裁力和最大剪切应力。利用涡流接近开关可自动提供数据采集触发信号,以实现冲裁过程自动监控。In the process of sheet metal parts blanking, the high-speed recording of the blanking curve is of great significance for a comprehensive understanding of the dynamic state of the material, the development of new materials and the optimization of the blanking process. A sheet metal blanking process automatic monitoring system based on multi-function data acquisition card is developed. A ressure sensor is used to monitor hydraulic cylinder pressure and a grating displacement sensor is used to monitor punch movement process. The real-time"time-stroke-punching force"and"stroke-pressure"curves can be obtained. The maximum punching force and maximum shear stress can be automatically calculated after a stroke. To realize automatic monitoring of the blanking process, a data acquisition trigger signal is provided by en eddy current proximity switch.
