超声引导下星状神经节阻滞联合质子泵抑制剂对咽喉反流性疾病患者咽异感症的疗效

摘　　要：目的:研究超声引导下星状神经节阻滞联合质子泵抑制剂对咽喉反流性疾病患者咽异感症的治疗效果。方法:依据咽喉反流症状指数量表(RSI)及体征评分量表(RFS)筛选出80例有明显咽异感症的咽喉反流性疾病患者,数表法随机分为对照组和实验组,每组40例。对照组给予每日口服雷贝拉唑20 mg,治疗8周;实验组口服雷贝拉唑的同时给予超声引导下星状神经节阻滞,每日1次,两侧交替,连续10次。8周后评估RSI得分和咽异物感评分,比较两组间评分差别,并根据患者咽异感症状评估治疗效果,并比较两组间总有效率。结果:治疗8周后,实验组RSI评分和咽异物感评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组总有效率为90.0%,高于对照组的77.5%(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下星状神经节阻滞联合质子泵抑制剂对咽喉反流性疾病患者咽异感症的疗效好于应用单纯质子泵抑制剂治疗。Objective:To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block combined with proton pump inhibitors in the treatment of pharyngeal paraesthesia in patients with laryngopharyngeal reflux disease.Methods:80 patients with significant symptoms of abnomal sensation of throat were enrolled according to Reflux Symptom Index(RSI)and Reflux Finding Score(RFS)and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each group had 40 cases.Patients in the control group were orally administrated with 20 mg of PPI for 8 weeks.Patients in experimental group underwent U-SGB by 8 mL lidocaine(0.75%)for ten times,one time a day,combined with PPI taken orally for 8 weeks.The differences of scores of RSI and pharyngeal paraesthesia between the two groups were compared after 8 weeks.The treatment effects were evaluated,and the total effective rates between the two groups were compared.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the RSI score and pharyngeal paraesthesia score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.0%,which was higher than 77.5%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block combined with proton pump inhibitors on pharyngeal paraesthesia in patients with laryngopharyngeal reflux disease is better than that of proton pump inhibitors alone.
