浅谈优卵补益法治疗胎停育

摘　　要：胎停育是引发流产的主要原因,而卵泡发育不良综合征又是大多数胎停育的原因。卵泡是先天之精,属肾精范畴。对中医辨证属肾精亏虚的胎停育患者,采用优卵补益法治疗效果显著。卵泡的快速发育期在月经前一周启动,持续到月经第12天基本成熟,在此期间补肾填精可促进卵泡发育。优卵补益法是在中医经典中行之有效的调经种子法之基础上,采用补肾填精法、选取补肾填精之品,顺应优势卵泡的自然发育时段,提出的月经期前后共2周给药法,对优势卵泡进行同节律滋补,以促其发育。本文结合相关病例予以阐释。Embryo Development Ceasing is a common gynecological disease associated with follicular maldevelopment probably.The rapid development of follicles starts a week before menstruation and continues until the 12th day of menstruation when the follicles are basically mature,which is the time to take methods of reinforcing Kidney and replenishing essence to promotes follicular development.Methods of reinforcing Kidney and replenishing essence is a effective method to get pregnant.Professor Zhen Yang gives emphasis to medicine reinforcing Kidney and replenishing essence,chooses two-week oral administration,and nourishing dominant follicle with its rhythm.Cause the method getting significant effect,this article chooses associated paralytic and analyzes it.
