《丁甘仁医案》辨治痰饮病特色探析

摘　　要：《丁甘仁医案》痰饮病篇记载了丁氏辨治痰饮病的诊断思路和遣方特色。本文通过对丁氏四则代表性痰饮病医案——俞氏暴寒内饮案、朱氏久患痰饮案、童氏中下俱虚案和章氏肾虚水泛案的具体探索,分析丁氏辨治痰饮病特色为遵仲景治痰饮之根本大法“温药和之”,又根据具体情况三因制宜,结合运用宣肺化痰、肃气平喘、健脾利湿、温肾助阳、攻逐化饮等各种治疗方法,灵活变通。The“Ding Ganren Medical Case”records the diagnosis ideas and characteristics of the Ding’s Phlegm and Fluid diseases text.This article analyze and explore four representative medical cases about Yu’s sudden Cold and Phlegm and Fluid case,Zhu’s long-time Phlegm and Fluid diseases case,Tong’s Spleen-Stomach and Kidney deficiency case and Zhang’s Kidney deficiency Water case.It is found that the characteristics of Ding Ganren’s syndrome differentiation treatment for Phlegm and Fluid diseases including two aspects.Not only follow Zhang Zhongjing’s way called Warm drugs to treatment Phlegm and Fluid diseases,but also abidance by triple pathogens depending on the circumstances.It already has achieved some good results through those treatment methods.Such as ventilate the Lung and dissipate Phlegm、anti-asthmatic、invigorating Ppleen to remove Dampness、warming Kidney and enhancing Yang,attack and warm Phlegm and Fluid.
