杨晋翔教授运用风药治疗脾胃病的经验浅析

摘　　要：杨晋翔教授是中医脾胃病知名专家,师从董建华院士,从事脾胃病的中医药防治与研究近四十载,用药精简,效果优良。杨教授善用风药治疗脾胃病,并在长期临床实践中形成了一套独特的学术思想。杨教授常用的风药有葛根、桔梗、荷叶、防风、紫苏叶、紫苏梗等药串、药对。笔者特将杨教授在临床中运用风药治疗脾胃病的经验进行总结、分析,供同道指正,以期实现杨教授学术思想的有效传承。Professor Yang Jinxiang,who once studied under Academician Dong Jianhua,is a well-known traditional Chinese medicine expert in Spleen and Stomach diseases.He has been engaged in the prevention,treatment and research of Spleen and Stomach diseases in traditional Chinese medicine for nearly 40 years,and whose reduced usage of drugs with excellent effect is trusted.Professor Yang is good at using Wind dispelling drugs in the treatment of Spleen and Stomach diseases,and has formed a set of unique academic ideas in long-term clinical practice.Wind dispelling drugs used frequently by Professor Yang include puerarialobata,platycodon grandiflorum,lotus leaf,saposhnikovia,perilla leaf,perilla stem and their medicine strings and medicine suits.I have summarized and analyzedhis experience in clinical treatment of Spleen and Stomach diseases with Wind dispelling drugs for your correction,so as to realize the effective inheritance of Professor Yang’s academic thoughts.
