摘　　要：随着资源的过度开采,我国资源型城市普遍面临着产业结构单一、基础设施建设落后、就业矛盾突出、环境污染严重等问题.当前中国经济已步入新常态,对资源型城市的转型发展也提出了新要求.立足于新时代的新要求,以皖北地区为研究对象,对其转型发展的现状进行了分析,并提出了推动皖北地区资源型城市转型发展的对策.With the over-exploitation of resources,China's resource-based cities generally face problems such as single industrial structure,backward infrastructure construction,prominent employment conflicts,and serious environmental pollution.At present,China's economy has entered a new normal,and new requirements have been put forward for the transformation and development of resource-based cities.Based on the new era,this paper analyzes the status quo of the transformation and development in the Northern Anhui,and proposes countermeasures to promote the transformation and development of resource-based cities in northern Anhui.
