Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of urine routine and microalbumin detection in early renal injury of diabetes mellitus. Methods 80 patients admitted to the laboratory of shenyang anning hospital from June 2017 to June 2018,40 patients with early renal injury of diabetes mellitus and 40 patients without diabetes mellitus were selected.Urine routine and urine microalbumin detection were performed in both groups to observe the results. Results The urine microalbumin and urine sugar in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The urine microalbumin value in the simple diabetes group in the experimental group was(156.85±27.61)mmol/L.The urine microalbumin value of diabetic nephropathy was(258.90±2.62)mmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Urine routine and microalbumin detection are common clinical indicators, which can be used to diagnose early renal injury of diabetes mellitus to a certain extent, evaluate the progress of the disease, and prevent further progress of diabetic nephropathy patients. Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
