摘　　要：为解决圆管带式输送机在长距离散货运输中存在的巡检困难、跑偏扭转不易调整、流量过大造成管带机爆管、溜管积料塌料等问题,采用合理的监控检测手段,可调窗式托辊、限料装置以及相应的防积料措施,改善系统运行管理状况,确保长距离圆管带式输送机的安全稳定运行,为同类设备管理和维护提供参考。In order to solve the problems of the round pipe belt conveyor in the long-distance bulk transportation,such as the difficulty of inspection and the deviation and torsion adjustment,the explosion of the pipe belt conveyor caused by the excessive flow,and the collapse of the accumulated material in the chute,reasonable monitoring and testing means,adjustable window roller,material limiting device and corresponding anti accumulation measures are adopted to improve the operation and management of the system,ensure the safe and stable operation of long-distance pipe belt conveyor,and provide reference for the management and maintenance of similar equipment.
