摘　　要：通过调研山东省产业工人队伍建设的结构特征、思想政治、权益维护、互联网应用状况及产业工人素质提升内驱力状况,分析山东省产业工人队伍建设面临的问题。应通过加强职工的理想信念教育,突出思想政治引领;建立联席会议制度,进行整体规划和顶层设计;建立同业服务平台,激发中小企业进行职工素质提升的内驱力;打造网络综合平台,提高产业工人自身素质提升的内驱力等方式,推进山东省产业工人队伍建设。By investigating the structural characteristics,ideology and politics,rights and interests maintenance,internet application and the internal driving force of industrial workers’quality improvement in Shandong Province,this paper analyzes the problems faced by industrial workers’team construction in Shandong Province.We should strengthen the education of employees’ideal and belief,give prominence to the ideological and political guidance,establish the joint meeting system,carry out the overall planning and top-level design,establish the service platform of the same trade,stimulate the internal driving force of small and medium-sized enterprises to improve the quality of employees,build a comprehensive network platform,and improve the internal driving force of industrial workers’own quality,so as to promote the construction of industrial workers in Shandong Province.
