摘　　要：介绍杨巍教授治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临证经验。术前重视辨证,强调辨缓急、辨虚实;术中提倡分次虚实挂线疗法,术后重视创面处理及紧线时机;提倡"十六字方针"诊治原则及"三多一少易复发"的提纲式宣教理念。To summarize Professor Yang Wei’s clinical experience in treating high complex anal fistula.Professor Yang attaches great importance to syndrome differentiation,emphasizing the differentiation of degree of urgency and excess-deficiency pattern before the surgery.He proposes the loosing or cutting seton therapy in the surgery and the post-operative wound treatment and line-tightening timing are also valued.Professor Yang advocates the"sixteen character policy"as the diagnosis and treatment principle and outlines the unique pre-operative education concept as"three disadvantages,one risk and easy to recur".
