摘　　要：比较了不同厂家AE-活性酯的质量。采用中国药典2015年版、化工行业标准和各个厂家企业标准,对4个厂家AE-活性酯的晶型、粒度与粒度分布、有关物质、澄清度与稳定性进行了测定。结果表明,所有被测产品各项指标均符合中国药典2015年版与化工行业标准的要求,但各项指标在结果上存在一定的差异。该测定数据可为头孢菌素类抗生素原料的选择提供参考。The quality of AE-active esters from different manufacturers was compared.The Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition,the chemical industry standard and the standards of various manufacturers and enterprises were used to determine the crystal form,particle size and particle size distributions,related substances,clarity and stability of AE-active esters from four manufacturers.The results show that all indicators of all tested products meet the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition and the standards of the chemical industry,but there are some differences in the results of each indicator.The measurement data can provide reference for the selection of cephalosporin antibiotic raw materials.
