人工泪液配合雷火灸及耳穴贴压治疗儿童干眼的临床观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察人工泪液(聚乙烯醇滴眼液)配合雷火灸及耳穴贴压治疗儿童干眼的临床疗效。【方法】将116例干眼患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各58例。治疗组给予聚乙烯醇滴眼液滴眼配合雷火灸及耳穴贴压治疗,对照组单纯给予聚乙烯醇滴眼液滴眼治疗,疗程为2周。观察2组患儿治疗前后泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SIT)、泪河高度、裂隙灯下观察角膜荧光染色(FL)评分的变化情况,评价2组患儿的临床疗效。【结果】(1)治疗2周后,治疗组的总有效率为93.10%,对照组为56.90%;组间比较,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患儿的BUT、SIT、泪河高度、FL评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),且治疗组对BUT、SIT、泪河高度、FL评分的改善作用均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。【结论】在人工泪液治疗儿童干眼的基础上配合雷火灸及耳穴贴压在临床上能够取得显著的治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of artificial tears(polyvinyl alcohol eye drops)combined with thunder-fire moxibustion and auricular point seed-pressing therapy for the treatment of dry eye in the children.Methods One hundred and sixteen children with dry eye were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,58 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by polyvinyl alcohol eye drops combined with thunder-fire moxibustion and auricular point seed-pressing therapy,and the control group was treated by polyvinyl alcohol eye drops alone.The course of treatment for the two groups covered 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,we observed the tear break-up time(BUT),Schirmer I test(SIT),tear meniscus height,and the scores of corneal fluorescence staining under slit lamp for the evaluation of the clinical efficacy in the two groups.The effects were evaluated and the observation indexes were statistically analyzed.Results(1)After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.10%and that in the control group was 56.90%,the treatment group had stronger therapeutic effect than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,BUT,SIT,tear meniscus height,and the scores of corneal fluorescence staining in the two groups were much improved in comparison with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group had stronger effect on improving the BUT,SIT,tear meniscus height,and the scores of corneal fluorescence staining than the control group,the differences being statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Based on the treatment of artificial tears(polyvinyl alcohol eye drops),the combined application of thunder-fire moxibustion and auricular point seed-pressing therapy can achieve significant therapeutic effects for the treatment of dry eye in the children.
