耳穴压豆联合内关穴位贴敷治疗妊娠剧吐的疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察耳穴压豆联合内关穴位贴敷治疗妊娠剧吐的临床疗效。【方法】将124例妊娠剧吐患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各62例。对照组给予常规补液和对症支持治疗,观察组在对照组常规补液对症支持治疗的基础上,加用耳穴压豆联合内关穴位贴敷治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后妊娠恶心呕吐专用量表(PUQE)、妊娠恶心呕吐生活质量量表(NVPQOL)评分的变化情况,以及治疗后2组患者临床症状消失时间、生化指标恢复正常时间、尿酮转阴时间和住院天数的差异,并评价治疗7 d后2组临床疗效。【结果】(1)观察组总有效率为90.32%,对照组为74.19%。观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,观察组在改善临床症状消失时间、生化指标恢复正常时间、尿酮转阴时间和住院时间方面均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)治疗后,2组患者的PUQE、NVPQOL评分均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在改善PUQE、NVPQOL评分方面均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】耳穴压豆联合内关穴位贴敷治疗妊娠剧吐临床疗效显著,安全简便易于掌握。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of auricular point sticking combined with Neiguan acupoint(PC6)application for the treatment of hyeremesis gravidarum.Methods A total of 124 cases were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,62 cases in each group.The two groups received routine replenishment and symptomatic support,additioanally,the observation group received auricular point sticking combined with Neiguan acupoint(PC6)application.We compared the changes in pregnancy-unique quantification of emesis and nausea scale(PUQE)score and nausea and vomiting of pregnancy quality of quesionnaire scale(NVPQOL)score,the disappearing time of symptoms,time for biochemical indexes recovery to normal,time for urine ketone turning negative,inpatients days in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated in the two groups after treatment for 7 days.Results(1)The total effective rate was 90.32%in the observation group,and was 74.19%in the control group.The curative effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the improvement in the disappearing time of symptoms,time for biochemical indexes recovery to normal,time for urine ketone turning negative,and inpatients days of the observation group was superior to that of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.01).(3)After treatment,the PUQE and NVPQOL scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement in PUQE and NVPQOL scores of the observation group was superior to that of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point sticking combined with Neiguan acupoint(PC6)application is safe,simple and effective for the treatment of hyeremesis gravidarum.
