摘 要:采用文献资料法、访谈法等对泉州市武术搏击俱乐部的发展现状与运营模式进行调查分析。结果表明:武术搏击俱乐部开展方式多以个体经营为主,营销策略较为单一、落后;教练员和学员的男女比例差距较大,教练员流动性大,教练员培养机制不完善等相关因素影响着武术搏击俱乐部的良性发展。提出俱乐部管理者应积极的探索市场经济条件下武术搏击俱乐部的发展方式和路径,促进俱乐部多元化、专业化良好发展。This article uses the method of literature material and expert interview to Quanzhou Wushu fight clubs development present situation and the operation mode were investigated.The results show that the Wushu fight club is conducted mainly self-employed,marketing strategy is relatively single,backward;the coaches and students'gender gap is bigger,the coaches fluidity big,coaches cultivation mechanism is imperfect and so on related factors affecting the healthy development of Wushu fight club.The managers should actively explore the market economy is put forward under the condition of Wushu fight club mode and path of development,promote the development of club good diversification and specialization.
