摘　　要：目的:探讨美丽西藏建设与藏族赛马节发展之间的内在关系,为藏族赛马节快速可持续发展获得政策支持,同时为藏族赛马节发展提出促进策略。方法:运用文献资料、个案研究、问卷调查、SWOT分析法对美丽西藏建设背景下藏族赛马节发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行深入分析。结果和结论:美丽西藏建设背景下藏族赛马节发展的优势为藏族赛马节起源历史久远,底蕴深厚;赛马节活动丰富,项目众多,趣味性强,增加了潜在游客来藏旅游的兴趣;藏族赛马节产生的经济效益明显,有助于优化产业结构;藏族赛马节能够解决社会问题,增加就业岗位。劣势为藏族赛马节举办周期过长,通常只每年举办一次;参加藏族赛马节的马匹品种较差,马种数量稀少;高标准的赛马场地的缺失,观众互动性不够强;骑师管理制度的缺失使得参加赛马的选手不够专业,各地区发展不平衡。Objective To explore the intrinsic relationship between the construction of beautiful Tibet and the development of Tibetan horse racing festival,and to obtain policy support for the rapid and sustainable development of Tibetan horse racing festival,and to promote the development of Tibetan horse racing festival.Methods Using literature,case studies,questionnaires,and SWOT analysis,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and challenges of Tibetan horse racing festival development in the context of beautiful Tibet construction were analyzed in depth.Results and conclusions The advantages of the Tibetan horse racing festival in the context of beautiful Tibetan construction are the long history of the Tibetan horse racing festival,and the rich heritage;the horse racing festival is rich in activities,numerous projects,and interesting,increasing the interest of potential tourists to Tibet tourism;Tibetan horse racing festival The resulting economic benefits are obvious and help to optimize the industrial structure;the Tibetan Horse Racing Festival can solve social problems and increase employment.The disadvantage is that the Tibetan horse racing festival is too long,usually only once a year;the horses participating in the Tibetan horse racing festival are poor in breeds,the number of horse species is scarce;the lack of high-standard horse racing venues,the audience interaction is not strong enough;the jockey management system The lack of players makes the participation of the horse races unprofessional and the development of the regions is uneven.
