高校不同体型大学生健康意识调查研究

摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法、测量法、数理统计法、分组法和问卷调查法对南京交通职业技术学院学生进行体态划分和健康意识的调查与研究;以BIA体脂率划分体型为标准,分析不同体型大学生健康意识的差异性;偏瘦或肥胖的学生健康意识淡薄,需提高健康知识的教育,形成良好生活方式。The article uses the literature material method,measuring method,mathematical statistics,the grouping method,questionnaire survey on Nanjing vocational institute of transport technology students obesity and health consciousness of investigation and research;IN base of BIA body fat rate,analysis of different size of the differences between college students'health consciousness;Underweight or obese students'health awareness is poor,they need to increase the health knowledge education,form a good style of life.
