粤西地区体育服务与管理毕业生就业情况分析及就业指导对策

摘　　要：高职院校体育服务与管理专业是为了适应社会需求,针对第三产业和新兴发展起来的产业而产生的新型交叉性专业,培养的人才主要培养健身俱乐部专门人才,包括健美、健身等各种项目的陪练和服务等。随着我国经济发展方式的转变,产业结构的调整、一线岗位地位的突出,这个产业发展越来越快,人才的缺口越来越大。本研究通过把大学生就业在线系统里自专业建立以来历届毕业生的毕业人数,就业率,专业对口率,薪资水平等数据调出来并且进行分析,由此要明确高职院校就业指导的目的,重视就业指导课,树立生涯发展的就业指导思想,设置专业的就业指导机构,组建以专业为依托的就业指导团队等对策更好地指导学生就业。Sports service and management major in higher vocational colleges is a new type of cross-specialty that is designed to meet the needs of the society and to develop the tertiary industry and the newly developed industry.The talents trained mainly train health club professionals,including fitness,fitness and other various projects of the training,services and so on.With the transformation of our country's economic development mode,the adjustment of the industrial structure and the prominent position of the first-line position,the development of this industry is getting faster and faster,and the gap of talents is getting bigger and bigger.In this study,the number of graduates,employment rate,professional counterpart rate,salary level and other data in the online system of college students'employment since the establishment of the profession have been extracted and analyzed.From this,the purpose of employment guidance in higher vocational colleges must be clearly defined and the employment guidance class must be attached importance to.Establish career development of employment guidance ideology,set up professional employment guidance institutions,set up professional based employment guidance team and other countermeasures to better guide students in employment.
