摘  要:目的:探讨80kV管电压联合基于原始数据的迭代技术(SAFIRE)在降低婴幼儿胸部CT辐射剂量中的可行性。方法:68例行胸部CT扫描的婴幼儿随机分为常规剂量组(n=34)和低剂量组(n=34)。常规剂量组扫描时管电压为100kV,采用滤波反投影(FBP)技术重建图像;低剂量组管电压为80kV,应用SAFIRE技术重建。比较两组的图像质量及辐射剂量。结果:两组图像主观质量评价、客观质量评价结果比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。低规剂量组患儿的辐射剂量明显低于常规剂量组(P<0.05)。结论:婴幼儿胸部CT扫描采用80kV管电压扫描联合SAFIRE技术重建,不仅图像质量可用于诊断,且能明显降低受检者的辐射剂量,可作为婴幼儿胸部CT扫描的最佳方案。Objective:To study the feasibility of 80kV combined with original data-based iterative technology(SAFIRE)in reducing chest CT radiation dose in infants.Methods:68 infants with chest CT scan were randomly divided into conventional dose group(n=34)and low dose group(n=34).The infants in conventional dose group underwent chest CT examination with 100kV tube voltage and filtered back projection(FBP)reconstruction;the infants in low dose group underwent chest CT examination with 80kV tube voltage and SAFIRE reconstruction.The image quality and radiation dose of 2 groups were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in subjective image quality and objective image quality between conventional dose group and low dose group(P>0.05).The radiation dose of infants in low dose group was significantly lower than conventional dose group(P<0.05).Conclusions:80kV tube voltage combined with SAFIRE technology can be used to reconstruct chest CT of infants,the image quality not only can be used for diagnosis,but also can significantly reduce the radiation dose,which can be regarded as the best chest CT of infants.
