摘 要:本文阐述了化纤行业某企业配套污水处理厂污水回用提质提量现场优化及工艺改造的实践情况,从污水回用水源及现有工艺分析系统存在问题,通过对污水回用处理系统水源进行调整优化,并将高效微涡流澄清技术应用于传统水力循环澄清池的改造,实现污水回用提质提量。实际运行效果明显,现场生产操作作业量、药剂使用量均不同程度降低,污水回用处理系统产水量提高50%左右,系统运行稳定,出水水质更好,且回用水制水单位成本亦有所下降,节水减排和降本增效效果明显。The practice of on-site optimization and technological transformation for quality improvement and quantity improvement of reused wastewater,in a state-owned wastewater treatment plant in chemical fiber industry were describee.The problems in the system were analyzed in terms of the sources of reused wastewater and existing processes,and the goal of improving the quality and quantity of reused wastewater was achieved by adjusting and optimizing the sources of reused wastewater,and applying high-efficiency micro eddy current clarification technology to the transformation of traditional hydraulic circulation clarifier.The actual operation effect was obvious.The field production,operation volume and the chemical consumption were reduced in varying degrees.The water output of the sewage reuse treatment system was increased by 50%,and the system was stable in operation.The effluent quality was better,and the unit cost of reused sewage was also reduced.The effects of water conservation,emission reduction and cost reduction were obvious.
