摘　　要：传统综合录井仪为落地集装箱式,搬迁时需要卡车及吊车,占用井场空间大,不利于搬迁及狭小井场作业;仪器房内设备体积偏大且相对固定,不利于技术组合;检测成分不够丰富,不利于后期解释评价;有线传感器安装困难,不利于频繁搬迁。为此,研制一种模块化车载无线综合录井仪,采用车载仪器房,占用空间小,利于搬迁;采用模块化、小型化设计,节约仪器房内空间,利于根据实际需求进行技术组合;采用多组分气体快速检测系统,检测速度快、监测信息丰富,利于油气层发现、解释及评价;采用无线传感器,安装方便,利于减轻录井工作量,减少对钻井施工的影响。该种车载综合录井仪实现了车载化、模块化、小型化、无线化、通用化,在煤层气井、页岩气平台井组、长途搬迁井等录井作业中具有明显技术优势。The traditional integrated logging device is floor container type, which requires trucks and cranes during relocation, takes up a large wellsite space, and is not conductive to relocation and narrow wellsite operation. In the instrument room, the equipment is relatively large and fixed, which is not conducive to the technical combination;the detection components are not rich enough, which is not conducive to later interpretation and evaluation;the wired sensors are hard to install and not conductive to frequent relocation. For this reason, a modular truck-mounted wireless comprehensive mud logging unit is developed. The adopted vehicle-mounted instrument room occupies less space and is convenient for relocation. Modular and miniaturized design saves the space in the instrument room and facilitates technical combination according to actual needs. With fast detection speed and rich monitoring information, multi-component gas rapid detection system facilitates the discovery, interpretation and evaluation of hydrocarbon reservoirs. The wireless sensor is helpful to install, reduce mud logging workload and the impact on drilling construction. This kind of truck-mounted comprehensive mud logging unit realizes truck-mounted, modular, miniaturization, wireless and universalization, and has obvious technical advantages in mud logging operation such as coalbed methane wells, shale gas platform well groups and long-distance relocation wells.
