摘　　要：通过文献资料法、实地访谈法,对云南哈尼族妇女传统体育及其传承路径进行研究,认为哈尼族妇女传统体育研究成果缺乏,其形式和类型主要有传统舞蹈、武术、秋千、打陀螺等,其中民族传统舞蹈成为主要的健身内容。传承路径主要有政府主导传承推广、开展妇女传统体育的传承和培训活动、举办各种表演竞赛、培育民族传统体育传承人、融入全民健身进行传承及结合旅游共同发展。This paper studies the traditional sports of Hani women in Yunnan Province and its inheritance path by means of literature and field interview.The research shows that the research results of Hani women's traditional sports are lack,and women's traditional sports mainly include traditional dance,martial arts,swing,big top,etc.,among which the traditional national dance becomes the main body-building content.The inheritance path mainly includes government led inheritance and promotion,carrying out inheritance and training activities of women's traditional sports,holding various performance competitions,cultivating inheritors of national traditional sports,integrating into national fitness for inheritance,and combining with tourism for common development.
