摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠糖尿病(GDM)产妇产前沙盘游戏干预的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月至2018年3月深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院妇产科接收的GDM产妇86例,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和常规组,各43例。常规组实施常规产前宣教和指导,研究组同时开展沙盘游戏干预,应用汉密尔顿焦虑自量表(HAMA)、抑郁自量表(HAMD)评测干预前后产妇的心理状态,并对比两组妊娠结局。结果干预前,两组患者HAMA、HAMD评分比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),干预后研究组的HAMA、HAMD评分均显著低于常规组;研究组自然分娩率、分娩异常率与常规组比较差异均有统计意义(均P<0.05)。结论在GDM产妇产前开展沙盘游戏干预,有助于缓解产妇不良情绪,有效预防和减少分娩异常发生,确保母婴安全。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of prenatal sandplay in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 86 cases of GDM pregnant women received from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into the study group and the conventional group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The conventional group practiced routine prenatal education and guidance,while the study group carried out sandplay.The Hamilton anxiety self-scale(HAMA)and the Hamilton depression self-scale(HAMD)were used to evaluate the psychological status of the pregnant women before and after the intervention,and the pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups before the nursing(P>0.05),and the study group was significantly lower than the conventional group after intervention(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of the study group was 63.92%,the abnomal delivery rate was 1.45%,and the conventional group was 40.35% and 7.48%,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Carrying out sandplay intervention in the prenatal period of GDM mothers can help alleviate the bad mood of mothers,effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of abnormal childbirth,and ensure the safety of mothers and infants.
