槐果碱对心血管药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：槐果碱具有降压作用,其降压机制可能与阻断神经节和α-受体以及促进具有血管扩张作用的PGI2合成有关。槐果碱对心脏具有正性肌力和负性频率作用,加之能降低外周血管阻力,减轻心脏的前后负荷,从而能增强心功能。槐果碱也能增加冠脉流量,可减轻心肌缺血。槐果碱也可通过抗氧化和抗炎作用,下调炎性细胞因子、基质金属蛋白酶和胶原蛋白的表达以及改善心功能,阻滞压力超负荷引起心肌肥大和心肌纤维化。由于槐果碱具有上述的心脏保护作用,以及能抑制心肌细胞的钠离子、钙离子和钾离子电流,使槐果碱具有抗心律失常作用。文中综述槐果碱对心血管药理作用的文献,并对其研究进展做了分析。Sophocarpine has the hypotensive effect,whose mechanism may relate to blocking neuroganglion andα-receptor,and improving synthesis of PGI2.Sophocarpine has positive inotropic action and negative chronotropic action on heart.Sophocarpine can decrease peripheral vascular resistance,and alleviate front and back load in heart,thus enhancing cardiac function.Sophocarpine increases flow of coronary artery,and alleviates myocardial ischemia.Sophocarpine obstructs pressure overload-induced myocardial hypertrophy and fibrosis by antioxidation and anti-inflammation,down-regulating expressions of inflammatory cytokine,matrix metalloproteinase and collagen,and improving cardiac function.Since sophocarpine has above-mentioned cardioprotection and inhibits Na^+,Ca^2+,and K+currents on myocardial cells,so it can expresses antiarrhythmic action.In this paper,the literatures on pharmacological effects of Sophocarpine on cardiovascular system have been reviewed,and the research progress of Sophocarpineon on cardiovascular system has been also analyzed.
