摘 要:针对澳洲家庭居民负荷特性,提出了一种计及阶梯式电价的户用光储系统容量配置方法,制定了系统运行策略。建立了系统综合成本优化目标函数和约束函数模型。以澳洲悉尼某家庭为例,利用美国NASA气象网站气象数据,通过PVSYST软件离散得到光伏系统单位容量全年发电量曲线,利用Gurobi软件优化配置光储系统安装容量,并进行了经济性分析,验证所提方法的有效性,对家庭光储系统的容量配置提供参考。In view of the load characteristics of Australian households, this paper proposes a method of capacity allocation of household solar energy storage system considering cascade electricity price and formulates the objective function and constraint function models of system comprehensive cost optimization. In the case study of a family in Sydney Australia, NASA meteorological data was used to obtain the annual power generation curve per unit capacity of PV system by PVSYST software;Gurobi software was applied to o optimize the allocation of PV storage system. The analysis was also made on the economy. The effectiveness of the proposed method has been verified, providing reference for household solar energy storage system configuration.
