摘  要:面对日益严峻的供电形势,这对燃煤机组的节能降耗提出了更高的要求。通过对电厂两年来的运行数据进行科学的分析解读,发现1号机组供电煤耗与机组负荷存在一定的非线性关系,同时存在明显的煤耗拐点,对拐点的把握能够更好地掌握机组的特性。同时分析了机组汽机热耗率、锅炉效率、厂用电率与机组负荷以及供电煤耗的关系,为机组合理进行检修计划、负荷分配、电量计划等提供一定的数据支撑。The increasingly severe power supply makes higher requirements for energy saving and consumption reduction of coal-fired units. Through scientific analysis of the operation data of the power plant in the past two years, it is found that there is a certain nonlinear relationship between power supply coal consumption of unit 1 and unit load and coal consumption inflection point is obvious. At the same time, the relationship between turbine heat consumption rate, boiler efficiency, plant power consumption rate, unit load and power supply coal consumption is analyzed to provide certain data support for reasonable maintenance plan, load distribution and power plan of the unit.
