固本保胎饮治疗肾虚型早期先兆流产的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟方固本保胎饮治疗肾虚型早期先兆流产的临床疗效。方法选取2018年4月~2019年9月于临沂市中医医院妇科诊治的早期先兆流产患者62例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组为30例,对照组为32例,对照组肌注射黄体酮注射液,治疗组在肌注黄体酮注射液基础上加服自拟方固本保胎饮,两组治疗疗程均为2周。比较两组患者治疗前后主要临床症状变化及血孕酮(P)、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、癌抗原125(CA125)以及同型半谷胱氨酸(Hcy)水平。结果治疗组临床治疗有效率为96.67%,与对照组有效率75.00%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者血清P及β-HCG水平均升高,治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者血清CA125、Hcy均降低,且治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论固本保胎饮治疗早期先兆流产能提高临床疗效,提升患者血清P、β-HCG水平,下调血清CA125水平,降低同型半谷胱氨酸,降低流产风险,发挥安胎的作用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-prepared formula Guben Baotai decoction in treating early threatened abortion with kidney deficiency.Methods 62 patients with early threatened abortion admitted to the gynecological department of Linyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=32).The control group was intramuscularly injected with progesterone injection,while the treatment group was treated with self-prepared formula Guben Baotai decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment course of both groups was 2 weeks.The changes in main clinical symptoms and blood progesterone(P),β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),cancer antigen 125(CA125),and homocysteine(Hcy)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of clinical curative effect in the treatment group was 96.67%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum P andβ-HCG levels of the two groups increased,and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);serum CA125 and Hcy decreased in both groups,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guben Baotai decoction can improve the clinical efficacy of early threatened abortion,increase the serum P andβ-HCG levels,lower the serum CA125 level,and reduce Hcy.It can also reduce the risk of miscarriage,and play a role in miscarriage prevention.
