摘　　要：目的探讨促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-α)治疗子宫腺肌病(AM)患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年2月~2018年1月我院收治的86例AM患者为本研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例。对照组予以曼月乐治疗,观察组先用亮丙瑞林(GnRH-α)治疗3个疗程后上曼月乐,比较两组患者痛经VAS评分、子宫体积、PBCA评分与药物不良反应等临床效果。结果经治疗12个月后,观察组患者的子宫体积、痛经VAS评分及月经量PBAC评分均显著低于对照组;观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且观察组的并发症率、不良反应率均较低于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对AM患者在常规治疗基础上予GnRH-α治疗,可有效提高临床治疗效果,缓解患者疼痛,减少不良反应率及复发率,值得临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical curative effects of gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-α)in treatment of patients with adenomyosis.Methods Eighty-six AM patients who were admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2017 to January 2018 were selected as research subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given Mirena while the observation group was given mirena after 3 treatment courses of leuprorelin(GnRH-α).The clinical effects such as dysmenorrhea VAS score,uterine volume,PBCA score and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After12 months of treatment,the uterine volume,dysmenorrhea VAS score and menstrual volume PBAC score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the complication rate and adverse reaction rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with AM,routine treatment with GnRH-α can effectively improve the clinical curative effects,relieve pain and reduce adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
